Patrick McCutcheon
Patrick McCutcheon is the CEO of POWER LEAVES CORP. where he is set to trail-blaze a brand new sector with revolutionizing the Coca-leaf extract within the Food & Beverage industry.
Before this, Patrick was the capital markets CEO and Chairman of MediPharm Labs, the largest cannabis oil producer in 2019 by volume, revenue and profitability in the world. 125M in top line revenue, with approx. 28 M adjusted EBITA. He led MediPharm Labs to become the first and still most certified company in Global Canada Cannabis. He built and ran this company with just under 300 people. He advised and led strategic discussions with 4 different countries adopting cannabis reform and law. He has spent a long career working with Pharma regulatory and CPG for distribution of products across many different product categories.
Patrick has led raises totalling over 270 M. He has built and executed on a publicly listed independent board, bringing in major representatives from Big PHARMA, CPG and Banking. He has built and managed two GMP pharmaceutically certified manufacturing facilities exporting to 7 countries. Patrick has spent the last 6 years accessing and raising capital with Tier one, Tier 2 and 3 banks in Canada and the US. He has advised and continues to be an active advisor for more than 13 companies over the last 6+ years.
Patrick has now lived in Colombia for the majority of the last 6 months. As part of the founding team of PLC, Patrick was actively recruited on the merits of his many business achievements, specifically, his global leading expertise in highest quality pharmaceutical Cannabis extraction, manufacturing and international distribution. Patrick has become one of the most well- known, prolific capital raising leaders in new public sector markets over the last 4 years and is now applying these skills to the first commercially viable investment opportunity in COCA extraction that is targeted at the international Food and Beverage sectors. The Coca plant is arguably the most undeniable SUPER plant available globally and Patrick along with the PLC team will be changing history. Welcome to the new age of COCA.
