Embargo overview
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is revoking the licenses of K.U.S.H. (Kinder Understanding Sensitive Healing) Collective and issuing this notice of embargo for all products manufactured by the licensee. The licensee failed to demonstrate that cannabis products attributed to being manufactured on the licensee’s premises were in fact cultivated, processed, manufactured, packed, or held in a location duly licensed as provided in Medical and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA).
DCC has probable cause to believe the products included in this notice of embargo may be adulterated or misbranded, posing a potential risk to consumers.
Included in this notice of embargo are vape cartridges and integrated vaporizers manufactured by K.U.S.H. (Kinder Understanding Sensitive Healing) Collective and sold under the following brand names:
- Backpackboyz
- Circles
- Cloud
- Cure Injoy
- DabGo
- Everyday
- High 90’s
- Hollowtips
- Mr. Nice Guy
- Pow Wow
- Supherb
- The Marathon Cultivation

What consumers need to know
If you purchased this product:
- If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
- Check your package for the UID and batch number(s) above.
- If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.
- Cannabis vape cartridges and cannabis integrated vaporizers must be properly disposed of as hazardous waste at a household hazardous waste facility or other approved facility.
What licensees need to know
