Cannabis Law Associate
Tepe Law, LLC, is seeking an associate attorney to assist in its cannabis law practice. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in either litigation, corporate law, administrative law, or other relevant experience. No prior cannabis law experience is necessary.
The associate attorney will be expected to assist the firm’s cannabis business clients as a regulatory advisor, with corporate formation and governance, litigation matters, regulatory enforcement cases, labor and employment issues, and transactional matters. MD bar required, DC bar preferred.
This role is ideal for a candidate who:
· Is interested in learning the burgeoning field of cannabis law;
· Enjoys learning new and developing law;
· Is not afraid to offer a solution with limited legal precedent;
· Wants experience in numerous areas of law;
· Excels in written and oral communication with clients and third-parties.
Tepe Law is a recently established boutique firm specializing in cannabis law. The associate attorney position will provide a unique opportunity to become one of the few experts in a small field of cannabis attorneys. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and the firm will train and guide successful candidates in business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Maryland Bar Admission (Preferred)
