Luca Marola, founder of Easy Joint and pioneer of cannabis light in Italy acquitted by the Court of Parma with a full formula at the end of the trial in which he was accused of drug dealing.
The fact does not exist, i.e. cbd flowers are not a narcotic.
I am very happy for Luca who has seen his conviction and determination in defending himself against the charges rewarded.
It is a huge satisfaction for me too, and special thanks to Prof. Gamberini with whom we shared this legal battle.
