On Aug. 13, a panel of judges from the Michigan Court of Appeals agreed with the lower court that Pollicella owes the bank more than half a million dollars.
Pollicella shuttered her law firm in January and joined Utah-based law firm Omnus Law, where she now serves as chair of its cannabis practice.
