Cannabiz: Tensions run high as creditors vote to wind up Cannim Group

Following the material breach of a Share Purchase Agreement connected to Cannim Group, non payment of a court judgement for an Employment Tribunal award despite pursuing legal enforcement, ALL financial obligations owed to me remain unpaid.

The personal impact of this has now become unavoidably devastating.

I am currently unable to meet my mortgage obligations and will need to list my home for sale before repossession commences.

It’s incredibly difficult to say that out loud, particularly after spending years building businesses, supporting industries, and helping others scale and succeed.

But resilience sometimes looks like honesty.

So I’m focusing on what I can control.
