Notice of modifications to proposed rulemaking to update pesticide testing requirements
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of modifications to the proposed regulatory text to update pesticide testing requirements and to add an additional document to the rulemaking file.

How to submit a public comment
Comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted through Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Comments can be submitted by mail or email. Commenters only need to submit by one method.
