California’s Cannabis Advisory Committee to hold March meeting
The Department of Cannabis Control’s (DCC) Cannabis Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Members will discuss approval of the 2025 annual report and will receive a presentation from DCC on the department’s disciplinary process. DCC looks forward to a robust conversation and public input to support meaningful regulatory updates that benefit all Californians.
The CAC is established in statute to advise DCC on the development of standards, best practices, and regulations that protect public health and safety and advance a safer, sustainable, equitable, and well-regulated cannabis market.
The meeting will be live-streamed and open to the public. Instructions for joining the meeting either virtually or in person are included in the agenda. No registration is required to join. Meeting materials will be posted to DCC’s website as they become available.
