The State Bar of Michigan Cannabis Law Section knows cannabis businesses operate in a legally complicated regulatory environment. The goal of this presentation is to assist licensees with identifying when they should hire legal counsel. In addition, they will provide advice on the resources available for licensees to find legal counsel together with interview questions that they should ask in evaluating which lawyer or law firm to hire to represent them.
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session which will allow the attendees to ask questions that may be answered in real-time.
