Judgment reserved in CDA Clinics QLD legal case

A judgment in the long-running legal dispute between the Therapeutic Goods Administration and CDA Clinics Queensland and a former director will be delivered at an unspecified later date.

Final submissions were made to Justice Collier at the Federal Court of Queensland at the end of April, bringing an end to proceedings first lodged by the TGA in December 2023.

But in an update to the court file, judgment will be “reserved”, meaning it will be deferred and delivered at a future date.
