The Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division (Division or MED) has postponed the current fee-setting rulemaking process. The Division has determined additional time is necessary to consider further revisions or alternative approaches to the proposed fee adjustments. The permanent hearing previously announced for June 3 is canceled. Updated information and stakeholder meetings will be communicated when available.
The Division welcomes stakeholder engagement and encourages interested parties to submit feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding any potential rulemaking topics or changes they would like the Division to consider in future rulemaking.
