Notice of proposed rulemaking to adopt regulations to update track and trace requirements
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of its intent to promulgate regulations to update track and trace requirements.
The proposed regulatory changes will help strengthen California’s regulated cannabis industry and protect public health and safety by improving the accuracy and quality of data entered in the track and trace system by licensees and giving consumers access to cannabis test results.
