On April 30, 2026, the State Licensing Authority adopted permanent rule revisions with the Secretary of State, which will take effect July 1, 2026. The Natural Medicine Division is issuing this industry bulletin to provide an overview of the adopted rule revisions and which draft revisions were not ultimately adopted. This bulletin does not encompass all new or revised rules.
All licensees should review the complete Final Adopted Rules, as well as the rulemaking meetings and hearing recordings, which can be found on the NMD Rulemaking webpage. The Secretary of State’s Office will publish the official, certified rules on or around July 1, 2026.
