The Marijuana Enforcement Division (Division) is issuing this Industry Bulletin to provide background and information about the introduction of the Unified Application for eligible Regulated Marijuana Businesses.
On July 1, 2026, the Division will begin accepting unified applications from Licensees wanting to use the option for initial or renewal applications for more than one regulated marijuana business license.
