The Marijuana Enforcement Division (Division) is issuing this Industry Bulletin to inform
licensees of the delayed implementation of new analyte testing.
Expanded residual solvent testing requirements were set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
However, at this time, no Regulated Marijuana Testing Facilities have been certified to perform
this testing. The implementation of the additional residual solvent testing will begin when one or
more Testing Facilities become certified by the Department of Public Health & Environment and
the Division to perform this testing.
