The Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division (Division) will host its second rulemaking meeting on Wednesday, August 5, from 10 a.m. to noon. This virtual meeting will focus on MED proposed rule revisions covering a range of topics, including:
- Marijuana Business Operator license privileges and limitations;
- Homogeneity & Potency testing requirements;
- Inventory Tracking & Creation of Production Batches; and
- Subleasing, subletting, & independent contracting of a License or Licensed Premises restrictions
