Rhelion Life Sciences, through its subsidiary Filament Health, is strengthening its role in the legal psychedelic therapeutics sector by supplying patented botanical psilocybin to research and compassionate use programs worldwide. Its lead drug candidate PEX010 is produced to pharmaceutical standards with standardized dosing, supported by an extensive patent estate that underpins its commercial and research positioning.
The company announced that Filament has shipped PEX010 to the University of Washington for an investigator-initiated Phase 2a trial testing a group retreat model of psilocybin therapy for cancer-related anxiety and depression in patients with advanced malignancies. The study builds on earlier feasibility data and targets a more scalable treatment format, reinforcing Filament’s presence in cutting-edge clinical research on psychedelic interventions for serious mental health burdens in oncology.
