Native Roots is closing its Denver cultivation facility at 4990 Dahlia St. and laying off 141 employees, effective October 2. This follows the sale of 15 of its dispensaries to Verdant Capital Partners. The shutdown reflects an ongoing wave of industry consolidation, oversupply, and plummeting wholesale prices across Colorado.
