In our continuing effort to enhance customer service, the MED has launched the following services: On-Line Occupational License Renewal: Occupational licensees may now submit their renewals online. Just visit the MED Occupational Renewal webpage, to ensure you have the necessary information collected and click on the e-government web link to submit your application. A credit card is necessary and applications can only be accepted within 60 days prior to your badge expiration date. Credit Cards Accepted: All MED offices are now able to accept credit cards payments. Please note that the state-wide contracted vendor charges the credit card holder a $0.75 cent processing fee per transaction and 2.25% of the payment amount as a service fee. New Business Applications: New business applicants are no longer required to set up an appointment to submit their application. Once your application packet is complete it can be dropped off or mailed to the MED Lakewood Office at 1701 Cole Blvd. Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401, between the hours of 8 and 11 AM or 1 and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. For more information visit our Application and Licensing webpage. Employees Lists: Metrc® must be utilized to meet the requirement of maintaining an employee list for each MED business license.
