As part of the Marijuana Enforcement Division’s 2018 permanent rulemaking session, on November 09, 2018, Executive Director Michael Hartman, as the State Licensing Authority, adopted permanent medical and retail marijuana rules, which have been published on the Division’s website. Please right click on the link below to launch the webpage. https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/enforcement/med-rules Please be aware that unless otherwise noted within the rule, adopted rules are effective January 1, 2019.
