Ian Stewart is founder and co-chair of the cannabis law practice at Wilson Elser, where he leads a national multi-disciplinary team of lawyers who serve all aspects of the cannabis and hemp industries, as well as financial institutions and insurance companies that service those industries. He has been named to the Chambers USA 2020 guide in Cannabis Law, he’s a member of the advisory board of the International Cannabis Bar Association and participates on the policy council of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

David Vaillencourt is a regulatory, policy, and standards expert working to bring credibility to the global cannabis and hemp marketplace. He is the CEO of The GMP Collective, which provides consulting services to cannabis producers across the supply chain, and has 15 years of experience spanning quality assurance and quality control, education, and project management. He serves as vice-chair on ASTM International’s Committee D37 on cannabis to develop consensus industry standards.

Sarah Oglesby is corporate compliance director at Trulieve, a vertically integrated cannabis company and multi-state operator. She has been with the publicly traded company since 2019. She was previously bureau chief at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for 11 years.
