We are a small law firm in a cutting edge new industry with a growing book of business that needs an associate attorney to join our fast paced, detail oriented environment. The candidate must have good communication, solid organizational skills and willing to take on a number of projects for the firm’s clients. We are looking for a motivated attorney to assist in handling business formation, real estate transactions, investment packages and generally support the principal with handling the legal paperwork for his clients in the cannabis industry and affiliates services.
