The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have been admitted to the New York State Bar and must have had seven years of experience in the practice of law subsequent to admission to the Bar.Preferred Qualifications: • Experience as an attorney representing a regulatory agency in licensing and compliance/enforcement matters, including appearing in administrative proceedings and drafting proposed decisions, regulations and legislation.• 10 years of active practice of law while licensed as an attorney in New York State.• 2 years of experience as an attorney employed in a state government agency.NOTE: IN ORDER TO AWARD THE PROPER CREDIT FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES. IF ANY OF THIS EXPERIENCE IS LESS THAN FULL TIME YOU MUST INDICATE THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED PER WEEK.
