Denise Fletcher has joined the Cannabiz team in the key role of partnerships manager as the company gears up for its first awards program.
Fletcher has enjoyed an impressive career in B2B sales and events, working with Cannabiz co-founder Martin Lane at Asia-Pac’s leading B2B media and marketing information brand Mumbrella from its inception.
At first heading up the events division, she went on to become partnerships manager where she worked with key clients to help them reach their marketing goals and connect with the Mumbrella audience in innovative and creative ways.
Prior to Mumbrella she worked in events roles at travel titles TNT and Travel Weekly, where she first met Lane.
At Cannabiz, she will be responsible for helping commercial partners connect with the Cannabiz audience via our inaugural awards program, website content packages and market-leading weekly newsletter.
Lane said: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Denise on and off for more than 20 years now and I’m delighted to welcome her to Cannabiz.

Fletcher, who will attend this week’s ACannabis conference in Melbourne, added: “I’m excited to be joining the Cannabiz team at this crucial time for the industry.
