California: Notification of Multiple Voluntary Recalls August 1, 2025 Malibu Skateboards infused pre-roll
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple Malibu Skateboards infused pre-roll products due to ingredients that have not been approved for inhalation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
DCC is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple Konez vape cartridge products due to packaging and labeling that is attractive to children.
DCC is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple California Love flower products due to the presence of Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus terreus and Aspergillus flavus.
If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
Check your package for the UID and batch numbers included in this recall.
If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.
Cannabis vape cartridges and cannabis integrated vaporizers must be properly disposed of as hazardous waste at a household hazardous waste facility or other approved facility.
Licensees
