Please be advised that the Rhode Island Cannabis Control Commission has proposed the adoption of the following regulation:

The Commission is accepting written comments on the proposed regulation through October 20, 2025. Please send your comments to cccinquiry@ccc.ri.gov or the Commission’s mailing address, however, email is preferred.
Please keep in mind that all public comments received on any Commission regulation are considered public records and will not be redacted. If you do not want your personal information to become public, do not include that information with your public comment
