Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Alert: Correction to permanent Medical Marijuana Rule M 712(E)(4)

Dear MED Stakeholder:

Please be advised that a correction to permanent Medical Marijuana Rule M 712(E)(4), 1 CCR 212-1, has been filed with the Secretary of State, effective January 2, 2019, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-4-103(11)(d)(II). Note the corrections to Rule M 712 are not substantive in nature, but intended to address typographical and formatting errors.

Specifically, the rule applies to maximum limits of arsenic and cadmium for inhaled or audited product administrated by metered dose nasal spray or a pressurized metered dose inhaler, which were corrected to reflect a maximum limit of < 0.2 ppm.

Note that the parallel rules in the Retail Marijuana Rules, 1 CCR 212-2 Rule R 712, reflect the correct maximum limits of < 0.2 ppm.
Thank you,

The Marijuana Enforcement Division
