The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of modifications to the proposed regulatory text to update cultivation regulations and implement minimum sanitation standards.

How to submit a public comment
Comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted through Monday, February 9, 2026.
Comments can be submitted by mail or email. Commenters only need to submit by one method.
