The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of modifications to the proposed regulatory text to update pesticide testing requirements.

How to submit a public comment 

Comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted through June 12, 2026.

Comments can be submitted by mail or email. Commenters only need to submit by one method.
