Notice of modifications to proposed rulemaking to adopt regulations to update cultivation regulations and implement minimum sanitation standards
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of modifications to the proposed regulatory text to update cultivation regulations and implement minimum sanitation standards, as well as the continuation of the public hearing held on April 29, 2025.
