Notice of proposed rulemaking regarding multipack cannabis goods
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is providing notice to the public of proposed rulemaking related to multipack cannabis goods. The changes proposed in this rulemaking would establish a new category of cannabis good and provide testing, labeling, and tracking requirements associated with the new category.

How to submit a public comment
Comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted through Monday, April 13, 2026.
Comments can be submitted by mail or email. Commenters only need to submit by one method.
