The EU SCCS has published preliminary notice 1630/21 concerning the use of hashtagCBD in hashtagcosmetics, proposing a ridiculously low concentration of 0.19% CBD and 0.00025% THC in finished cosmetic products as safe.
The consultation will remain open until January 31, 2026.
It is important to submit comments on this issue in the interest of the sector.
