This document outlines a strategic vision for structuring Morocco’s medical cannabis supply chain under Law 13-21.

The focus is not only on cultivation, but on industrial standardization of biomass produced by licensed cooperatives.

Through biomass sorting units, the KETAMIX standard, and the Taqnin ID Batch traceability system, Moroccan production can be transformed into consistent, extract-ready feedstock for international pharmaceutical and extraction markets.

The objective is to position Morocco as a reliable supplier of standardized cannabinoid botanical intermediates while creating sustainable economic opportunities for the Rif region.
