As CEO of The Arcview Group, Kimberly brings over 20 years of executive leadership and experience across technology services and investment companies. In 2018, as the founder and CEO of MyJane, Kim built a cannabis wellness technology platform which was acquired in January, 2019 by ManifestSeven. Prior to MyJane, Kim founded or co-founded six additional companies, raised more than $100M in equity capital and has been an active angel investor for more than ten years. Most recently, she served as President of the Los Angeles Venture Association where she launched the CannaLAVA strategic group designed to bring cannabis industry leaders together in Los Angeles.

Panelist, Lincoln Eckhardt, Managing Director, FTI Managing Director in the FTI Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment. Mr. Eckhardt is co-leader of FTI’s cannabis practice and specializes in valuation and the measurement of economic damages. Mr. Eckhardt uses his experience in valuation, finance, and accounting to provide consulting, analysis and expert testimony in complex disputes involving breach of contract damages, shareholder oppression claims, employee termination, intellectual property infringement damages, business interruption and destruction, and antitrust, among others. Mr. Eckhardt has extensive experience in the valuation of businesses, ownership interests, intangible assets, and non-publicly traded securities for mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax reporting, financial reporting, corporate planning purposes, and litigation and conflict resolution.
Panelist, Adam J. Smith, Founder & Director, Alliance for Sensible Markets The Alliance for Sensible Markets is dedicated to fixing the economics of legal cannabis to create a more economically, environmentally, and ethically sustainable industry. In 1996 Adam founded The Week Online, the first news magazine devoted to national and international drug policy reform. Later he launched the Higher Education Act Reform Campaign, the first successful effort to reform federal drug war legislation in the US, winning back the right to financial aid for students with prior drug convictions. From that campaign, he and others launched Students for Sensible Drug Policy, now a UN-recognized NGO active in 40+ US states and more than 30 countries.
Panelist, Paul Rosen, Executive Chairman, Global Go Rosen is an early pioneer in the globalized cannabis industry, having been a co-founder of PharmaCanCapital Corp and served as its first CEO and President. Under Rosen’s leadership, PharmaCan/Cronos Group acquired ownership interests in a number of the initial cannabis licenses awarded in Canada, and was the 3rd cannabis company to go public in Canada. Rosen sat on the board of iAnthus Capital Holdings, a multi-state operator of cannabis assets in the United States, and has advised and/or invested in more than 150 companies in the cannabis industry.
