Experienced Litigation Attorney Position
Southern California public agency law firm seeks an associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience in municipal, school district or public agency law litigation matters. Experience with the following is also required: writs, land use and CEQA litigation, Pitchess motions, code enforcement prosecution, and cannabis entitlements. Labor and employment law experience is also preferred. Must have jury and bench trial experience.
