The Marketing Director will lead our current marketing team while creating and building marketing strategies that increase our service line awareness. This role will work to drive; traffic (new and existing), conversions, engagement, and revenue that meet or exceed goals. You will oversee a full range of initiatives including understanding business objectives, influencing business strategy, designing and executing campaigns, and conducting analyses to measure and refine results. You will work with cross-functional team members to develop big ideas and innovative marketing initiatives in the areas of engagement and service line marketing. You will create, build, and foster the aesthetic vision and voice for the brands, with a deep understanding of our company’s mission. We would love to hear from you if you have experience marketing in the financial industry, especially in tax and accounting.
