Curaleaf Hit With Warning From FDA

In an unsurprising move to us at Green Light Law Group, last week the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) issued a Warning Letter to the nation’s largest MSO, Curaleaf, Inc., for Multiple Violations of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”).
