A pair of marijuana testing labs in California dropped their initial lawsuit against 13 competitors, which alleged that the cohort fabricated cannabis product test results – but the CEO of one of the labs has pledged the fight isn’t over.
“We stand by the allegations and merits in the complaint filed in federal court,” Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs CEO Josh Swider told MJBizDaily. “However, with further analysis, and as each of the defendants is aware, we anticipate filing a new complaint very soon.”
