Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation has entered into a supply agreement for dried cannabis flower with 4C LABS, a medical cannabis company located in the United Kingdom.

4C LABS is an importer and distributor of cannabis-based pharmaceuticals in the United Kingdom. It has also signed deals in the past to import cannabis from Canadian cannabis producers like OrganigramDecibel CannabisPure Sunfarms, and HYTN Innovations for distribution in the UK medical cannabis market.

Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation is a federally licensed cultivator for the Canadian cannabis marketplace, headquartered in Kingsville, Ontario.

“We have met with many international groups looking for strong, consistent cannabis for medical use, as Canadian cannabis is seen as the gold standard for quality, safety and value,” said Carl Mastronardi, President of Greenway. “For Greenway, working with international partners opens us up to the fastest growing markets around the world, which should provide better margins than the current Canadian domestic market.”

“The team at 4C LABS impressed us with their local distribution system and drive to ensure only the best cannabis is used in their supply chain,” he added. “Our product is perfectly suited to help them deliver on their unique value proposition to UK patients. We are excited about the prospect of seeing the product we put so much hard work into enjoyed by people around the world.”

Greg Dobbin, CEO of 4C LABS, noted: “We are impressed with the capabilities and company culture at Greenway. Greenway has developed into a premier medical cannabis grower, a result of decades of experience with greenhouse growing. They offer outstanding medical cannabis products at a very competitive price, which the patients of the UK will appreciate. We are excited to add Greenway to the 4C LABS product line.”

Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation posted net revenue of $8.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2025 and a net loss and comprehensive loss of $2.1 million. The company’s revenue per gram has steadily increased for six straight quarters, from $0.84 to $1.58 per gram.

On April 26, 2024, Greenway announced that it has received CUMS-GAP and GACP certification, demonstrating that the facility meets strict international standards, enabling the company to distribute its product internationally.

While this is the first reported export from Greenway, the company has recently said some of their cannabis products had been earmarked for the Australian market, as well.
