The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing an update to the previous Health and Safety Advisories for Vaporizer Delivery Devices produced by Sofa King Medicinal Wellness Products LLC, doing business as SKM. The Division identified that vaporizer devices previously recalled and quarantined were sold to consumers on August 2, 2026.
The DOR and CDPHE issued the previous Health and Safety Advisories on July 2 and July 31. Please read the update for a list of affected products and stores.
