As most of our longtime clients know, we expanded our services back back in May with the addition of U.S.P.T.O. registered patent attorney, Margaret Richardson, to include patents, certification marks and trademarks, copyrights, patent licensing agreements and all things advertising, labeling and packaging. |

We are also excited to announce another new attorney, Lizabeth Connolly, an estate planning attorney with an L.L.M. in Taxation! With the addition of Lizabeth, we have finally expanded our services to include estate planning and wealth management strategies, to allow us to better serve clients who are increasingly planning their futures. |

Feel free to check out our new and improved website for the full list of services! While Margaret and Lizabeth’s rates will stay consistent at $375/hr in 2022, my rate will increase to $475/hr in the new year. This new rate will allow me to continue to focus on a few larger projects in 2022, such as my cannabis appellation clients, cannabis events, and my work with the Southern Humboldt Fire Safe Council. Also keep an eye out for an announcement of our upcoming Open House at our downtown Nevada City office during Victorian Christmas and at our downtown Redway office in the springtime. |
