The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory (HSA) due to the identification of pesticides in Vaporizer Delivery Devices produced by Sofa King Medicinal Wellness Products LLC, doing business as SKM.
Sofa King Medicinal Wellness Products LLC collaborated with the Marijuana Enforcement
Division (MED) to initiate a voluntary recall for the affected batch. The affected product was sold at SKM, 1181 County Road 308, Dumont, CO 80436, between April 9, 2026, and June 2, 2026. The affected product is listed in the full HSA.
Consumers who possess this affected product should destroy it or return it to the store from which it was purchased for proper disposal. Consumers who experience adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the MED by submitting a MED Reporting Form.
