Cannabis License Fees Increase July 1, 2026
During the 2026 legislative session, the state legislature passed Engrossed House Bill 2681 increasing fees for cannabis producer, processor, and retail licenses.
Annual licensing fees will increase from $1,381 to $1,781. This includes renewal costs. The updated fees go into effect on July 1, 2026.
