Daniel Shortt is a regulatory and corporate attorney. With experience in the hemp and marijuana industries, he advises federal agencies, top-tier cannabis corporations, and ambitious entrepreneurs in entering, succeeding in, and exiting the industry. Daniel provides highly tailored advice on heavily regulated topics, including contracts, regulatory guidance, administrative advice, employment issues, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general legal counsel.
