A long-time and active member of Cal NORML’s Legal Committee, Shay values that Cal NORML “cultivates integrity and transparency in the political and legal movement to protect and expand access to reliably-tested, environmentally-sustainable, and socially equitable cannabis in California.”
Shay brings over 20 years of experience as a California attorney, advising cannabis and hemp businesses through the complexities of California’s legal markets.
