1. Capital Grow Box :

An unlicensed “investment” platform offering unusually high returns for leasing cannabis grow containers, a red flag for anyone familiar with past schemes. Their site links directly to Ivocan.de

2. Ivocan GmbH :

Founded by Dr. Seyavash Amini (legal counsel at Volkswagen AG), also with containers but designed for social clubs. Their site has a page dedicated to Cannabis Law Academy(ex Lito Law Academy), featuring images of several recognisable names in the EU cannabis industry, and a direct link to the Academy website.

3. Cannabis Law Academy (CLA) :

Although current CLA representatives deny any partnership or involvement with Ivocan, credible information suggests some kind of agreement/collaboration/partnership between the two.

As of today:

Cannabis Law Academy is still listed on Ivocan’s website.

There are no public statements from CLA disasssociating from Ivocan or formally requesting to be removed.
