📋The house immediately passed it, the same day

📋It heads to the senate on 12/9 for a vote, and will be effective 90 days after it is signed into law

🥤As related to beverages it will be defined as a “drinkable cannabinoid product” which is a product does not contain more 0.3% THC, does not contain more than 5 mg of total THC per serving, and the product container does not contain more than one serving

🥤Serving means 12 fluid ounces

☑️Executive Order / Litigation
Today the judge continued the preliminary injunction hearing until 1/29/26 (see attached)

🗯️On 10/23/25 the judge had ordered “the Temporary Restraining Order previously issued by the Court is hereby extended pending further order the Court”
