Grant Smith Ellis independent journalist reports 16 June
NEW:
After many, many years, the Massachusetts CCC will finnnaly announce its enforcement action against troubled operator Greatest Hits during Wednesday’s 12PM ET meeting.
It is unclear what the stipulated agreement between the CCC and Greatest Hits will say, however, going back to 2023, numerous stories have been reported in this publication (and in the Boston Globe) regarding a serious pattern of misconduct at Greatest Hits.
The company, strangely, also has close connections to former CCC Executive Director Shawn Collins by way of company lawyer Nick Adamopoulos, who now owns a consulting company in the orbit of the adult and medical use industry with Mr. Collins.
Another company director, Joe Villatico, also faced a number of troubling criminal charges over recent years.
The firm is currently in the receivership process.
