Medical Use of Marijuana Program FAQs and Sales Data Now Available at MassCannabisControl.com

As part of its commitment to ensuring access to and transparency around the Medical Use of Marijuana Program (Program), the Cannabis Control Commission (Commission) is pleased to announce it has made additional resources available to patients and other constituents on MassCannabisControl.com.

Under the Commission’s Frequently Asked Questions page, patients will now find a repository of answers to assist them with the Program’s registration and renewal process. Explainers are available for those who seek to obtain their Program ID card, update program information, find a Caregiver or Certifying Healthcare Provider, and more.

Additionally, stakeholders who visit the Commission’s website as Patients, Caregivers, Certifying Healthcare Providers, or licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MTCs) will now be able to review medical sales data. Available through the Commission’s Open Data Platform, current data sets include MTC year-to-date sales to patients and caregivers, as well as gross sales to patients and caregivers since 2019, when the agency assumed oversight of the program.
