If this doesn’t sound like a lawsuit in the making, we don’t know what does. The products under recall are: RSO 1G. SYRINGE-MONSTER X-, failed testing on May 2 for chemical residue (Bifenazate), Glue-Buds, failed testing on June 14 for heavy metal (Cadmium), 1g Savage Signature OG Budder, concentrate, failed testing on July 17 for heavy metal (Arsenic), 1g – Platinum Vapes – Diamond OG Cartridge, failed testing on June 25 for heavy metal (Total Chromium).

Four medical marijuana products are under recall from Michigan regulators as an ongoing investigation into a testing lab revealed the products contain unsafe levels of pesticide and heavy metals.

The Marijuana Regulatory Agency issued its largest recall to date, warning patients Friday that the four products have been sold in provisioning centers in 15 cities across Michigan.

All of the products were tested at Iron Laboratories in Walled Lake. Officials suspended the lab’s license Aug. 16 after alleging the lab was providing unreliable test results and misreporting information to regulators.

Lab President Rob Teitel denied the allegations in an interview with MLive: “We haven’t put a passing result on purpose that should have been failed — all fails are reported in the monitoring system.”
